- What is this site?
- FixMyStreet is a site to help people report local issues by simply locating them on a map. It also allows people to see that the issue they have raised is being dealt with.
- How do I get in touch with Peabody?
- You can report problems not suitable for FixMyStreet to our customer care line. If you are concerned about a report or update that has been posted on FixMyStreet, please use this contact page.
- What sort of problems should I report with FixMyStreet?
- FixMyStreet in Thamesmead has been designed for reporting things which are broken, dirty, damaged or dumped, and need fixing, cleaning or clearing, such as:
- Abandoned vehicles
- Dog fouling
- Flyposting or graffiti
- Flytipping or litter
- Street cleaning, such as broken glass in a cycle lane
- Unlit lamp posts
- Potholes
- What isn’t FixMyStreet for?
- Please use this site only for problems like those listed above. You will need to contact our customer care line directly to:
- Request a repair
- Pay rent and service charges
- Report antisocial behaviour
- Make a complaint or pay someone a compliment
- Request personal data
- Find out about care and support
- Tell us you are worried about someone
- Ask something else

- How do I use the site?
- After typing where you are, you will see a map of that area. You can view problems already reported in that area, or report ones of your own. Just click on the map at the location of the problem.
- How are the problems solved?
- They are reported to the Peabody’s environmental services team by email. They can then resolve the problem the way they normally would.
- How long does it take to sort the problem?
- Peabody’s environmental services team aim to respond to your report within five working days.
- Is it free?
- The site is free to use, yes. The FixMyStreet platform is maintained by a registered charity, so if you want to make a contribution, please do.
- Can I use FixMyStreet on my mobile?
