Vastly overgrown weeds / shrubs obstructing pavement

Sent to Thamesmead less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6295835.

Pavement width reduced by over 50%, due to these unkept for ages weeds and shrubs. Needs to be properly cut back WELL CLEAR of publc pavement, as at present people have to walk in the road to pass each other which is extremely dangerous. Does anyone care?
