Illegal and dangerous Motocross every Sunday afternoon

This is the second time we are being harassed by these motocross on sundays. This time they circled us for more than an hour and the police still aren't doing anything. They keep scaring families with kids and anxious dogs. This time they even threw stones at us and shouted racist insults. We need proper surveillance and police in the area. This cannot continue like this.
