A few lights are not working - location - next to the footpath bridge over the rail traks

It’s been a few months since those lights ( 5 in total ) are faulty. Especially in the early morning and late afternoon is extremely dark and unsafe to walk on the bridge if someone would like to cross rail tracks. My daughter who’s 11 is afraid when she is walking back home after her school clubs in the evening.
