Yet another lot of flytipping

Sent to Thamesmead less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6775626.

In grass and pathway. A large number of bags - some have been ripped open by foxes and there are soiled toilet tissue scattered along the ground. It’s unsanitary and presents a Hep C risk to the public. Can you clear urgently please?
