Fence falling down into footpath

The fence which borders the sports club has been vandalised. Many wooden slats have been stolen (presumably for firewood?) The fence posts are broken at the base so the fence is falling onto the footpath causing a safety hazard to pedestrians and cyclists. The nearest streetlight location is CW072 to assist location of the issue.
