Pot hole / missing drain cap

Sent to Thamesmead less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8530999.

Patient came into the pharmacy saying she had fallen down a pothole in this area , damaged her leg and knee. Patient asked pharmacy to inform someone of the issue. Exact location is unknown although we have advised patient to make her own request via this channel.
