Rubbish accumulation never cleaned

This alley between 1 and 1a Bardsley Lane is used as a rubbish bin and never cleared out. It has gotten worse since the Council removed the rubbish bins next to the nearby benches (no idea why they are gone!) a street cleaner with a long litter picker is needed in order to deal with this. We see cleaners on Creek Road every day but Bardsley Lane is generally neglected.
