Trolly of flytipping

Been here 2+ weeks, not clearly visible from either St Andrews Close or the Thames Path. It is tucked away on the footpath between St Andrews Close and the Thames Path. Unfortunately more people are adding to the pile. Please can we have clear signage here saying "no dumping of rubbish" as it's illegal and can result in fine/imprisonment and including links or QR codes to council pages of how to properly dispose of rubbish, as some landlords are telling their residents they can put rubbish here for the council to collect as part of "community waste" !!! (Local residents have previously told us this when we have challenged them).
