Tree needs pruning as it's overgrowing over parked cars

The tree's branches need cutting back. The branches are protruding over the driveway and occasionally fall on parked cars. Can the branches be cut back to avoid damage to cars. We are also having to wash the car more regularly at a cost due to constant dropping from birds.

If the branches are cut back this can be avoided.
